About MeI'm Alexandra Tully, but everyone calls me Allie for short. I am a senior at Sport and Medical Sciences Academy (SMSA). On March 27, 2000, I was adopted from a small orphanage in China. I have always felt that my adoptive parents have provided me with everything I could ever want and I am appreciative because of that. I have participated in various activities such as basketball, snowboarding, track & field; however, my true passion is in the sport of golf. Ever since my father took me to the golf course at the age of four, I began to fall in love with the sport that lasts a lifetime. Currently, I am captain of our school's high school boys’ team, an All-State player, and All Hartford-Courant player. I play in several junior tournaments all over the country through the Connecticut Section Junior PGA, Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, South Florida Junior PGA, and more recently Connecticut Challenge Cup. In the fall of 2017, I will be attending the University of Hartford where I will have the opportunity to play Division 1 collegiate golf.

My Mission
My goal is to attend a college that will provide a rigorous business program with a combination of golf. I plan to attend a college where I can double major in Economics and Finance and be given the tools to be successful for life after college. In college, I am looking to be able to network with other individuals at the college such as professors, students, and outside individuals that will open doors for me in the future through work studies and internships which will further jump-start my career.
